At Tripto Neer Foundation, we have launched a comprehensive English Learning Initiative based on a holistic, age-appropriate approach. We believe that proficiency in English is a vital life skill that expands educational opportunities, builds confidence, and prepares girls to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
To ensure effective learning, the girls are divided into four age-based groups: Group 1 (ages 5–7), Group 2 (ages 8–10), Group 3 (ages 11–13), and Group 4 (ages 13 and above). Each group follows a carefully designed curriculum tailored to its learning level, enabling every girl to progress at a pace suited to her abilities.
To make learning engaging and enjoyable, friendly English competitions are held every Friday. The top performer from each group receives a prize in recognition of her achievement, and her presentation is professionally recorded on video to celebrate her success, build confidence, and inspire fellow learners.
The entire program is personally led by Tripto Baba, whose vision is to ensure that every girl at Tripto Neer Foundation becomes a confident and fluent English speaker. Through consistent practice, encouragement, and a nurturing learning environment, he is committed to equipping each girl with the communication skills needed to unlock a brighter future.
